Safety

Sport Life United strives to ensure the safety of activity participants. However, despite taking all reasonable precautions to minimise the risks involved, there remain inherent risks of injury. The injuries suffered might be minor, such as sprains, or may, in rare cases, be more serious. Parents or guardians who consent to participation in an activity should understand that such injuries can occur because of the inherent nature of the activity, and without neglect on either the part of the student or Sport Life United.

Accident and Medical Insurance

Should the participant suffer any illness or injury whilst on the camp the participant/legal representative accepts responsibility for all medical expenses and and ensures that the participant is covered by appropriate medical insurance.

Personal Insurance

Any damage caused to the accommodation and equipment is the responsibility of the participant/legal representative to replace or repair. Any loss or theft of items belonging to the participant or allocated to the participant is the responsibility of the participant/legal representative to replace..

Liability

You hereby release Sports Life United, its Directors, Officers and Employees from any and all liability for bodily injury, loss or damage to personal property suffered by the participant in the described activity.

Payments

A deposit of 50% is required to reserve a place. The outstanding balance is required before the camp starts.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to the change or cancel the camp depending on the number of the participants and the requests of the participants. If the participant cancels the reservation. 20% of the total cost is retained.
